About the Internship
Sunday & Co.’s internship is a part-time, unpaid learning experience designed for emerging marketers who want a peek inside a boutique, strategy-first agency. You’ll support real projects for lifestyle, beauty, and wellness brands led by women and BIPOC founders, and see how strategy, storytelling, and execution come together behind the scenes.
We’re planning to welcome a small cohort of 2–5 interns for each semester of 2026, each focusing on a different slice of the work.
Time Commitment: ~5-10 hours per week
Duration: Open for Summer or Fall 2026 semester (exact dates confirmed with selected interns)
Compensation: Unpaid; potential for academic credit if approved by your institution.
Who This Is For
This internship is a good fit if you are:
A student, recent grad, or early-career creative curious about marketing, branding, or strategy
Excited about women-led and BIPOC-owned brands and the communities they serve
Comfortable working independently, asking questions, and receiving feedback
You don’t need a perfect résumé. Curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to learn go a long way here.
What You’ll Gain
Real project experience supporting a strategy-first agency
Portfolio pieces (with permission) you can speak to in future interviews
Exposure to client work across brand, content, and campaigns
Mentorship & feedback working directly with the founder
Time & Commitment
Hours: About 5-10 hours each week, with flexibility around your class/work schedule
Format: Self-directed tasks with check-ins, async communication, and team meetings (timing coordinated with the intern cohort)
Location: Open to applicants who can work within U.S. time zones for occasional live calls
This internship is unpaid and intended as a learning + portfolio-building opportunity. We can and will work with your university if you’re seeking academic credit, we’re happy to provide documentation for your program where possible.
